I’m going to go with my wholewheat/flax pancakes. 😉 Made with banana, pumpkin OR berries.
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1/4 cup of ground flax seed
1/2 cup blended frozen berries (The bullet would be PERFECT for this) (or one banana mashed, or pumpkin)
1 cup milk or yogurt (vanilla yogurt is super yummy)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix up wet incredients in a bowl and pour into dry incredients. Stir until combined. Makes great pancakes OR waffles! Great for babies around 9 months that are ready for tiny bits of what everyone else is eating, and wonderful for toddlers.

They are such an awesome company, and I joke because its one of the appliances I “lost in my divorce” LOL Yes, we had that in there – cause he loved it as much as I did! LOL

Well, I use my magic bullet all the time. I just have a simple one with just one blade. The blade still works, but a few summers of crushing ice has taken a toll on the blade. A new one would be fabulous. The favourite recipe I would say that my kids love the best is a combination of frozen spinach, chicken and apple juice. 10 seconds in the magic bullet, done. They love it:)
Shannon
Fruit & Veggie Yummyfied Medley
1 steamed sweet potato
1 steamed apple
1 dash orange juice
1 sprinkle cinnamon
Take all of the ingredients and puree then put in ice cube trays one cool and freeze. Pop out a few cube or two and let defrost in the refrigerator overnight when ready for the little one to eat. Alternately, you can serve some right away and freeze the rest.
My boys both loved this and would probably still eat it at age 2 and 3. The only way I got veggies in them.
Macey
I love sweet potatoes, and pureeing them up with a little water for the kids is a win win! I have heard so much about this machine. I think a healthy smoothie with bananas, starwberries, and any other fruit in season would be a great summer beverage with kiddos too 🙂

Our family has a real thing for Sweet Potatoes, so this is what I did for my four babies during the years:
Scrub about 3 or 4 sweet potatoes and bake at 450 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes, testing with a fork for desired softness. Allow to cool. Peel, then out in food processor, adding vegetable cooking juices, milk, or a bit of apple juice.

– puree until smooth & no lumps
(I will perfect the recipe & submit it to Magic Bullet if I win)

Applesauce
-Use any amount of apples you wish. We usually use about 8-10 medium size apples.
1. Peel, core and cut apple into slices/chunks
2. Place slices or chunks into a pan with just enough water to slightly cover apples
Boil/steam until tender; be sure to check on the water level and stir, That’s It. Easy Peasy.
3. Reserve any left over water to use for thinning out the apples
4. Place into Magic Bullet for pureeing and begin pureeing.
5. Add the reserved water as necessary to achieve a smooth, thin puree – add cereal (if desired) to thicken.
