>. The Baby Alive Whoopsie Doo Doll delivers her business as promised. The “doll juice” that Baby Alive drinks and later “leaks” into her diaper is non-toxic, but it’s always a good idea to supervise your children and ensure that they do not drink the doll juice.
Baby Alive wears a bracelet that when pressed, will set her into action. The bottle fits nicely in her mouth and the girls really felt like they were feeding a baby, which was fun an exciting from their perspective. This doll does wiggle a lot, so it’s important to not only make sure she’s on a flat surface, but ensure that her diaper is on while doing her business, or this process could get messy! Her cooing sounds are very realistic and she let’s you know when she’s happy and when she’s not so happy, allowing children to properly decipher between moods. She is sold in a very cute package that is made to look like a stroller, making it’s delivery just that much better. She does require 2 “AA” batteries that are included! She only comes with 2 packets of juice and 2 diapers, so my suggestion would be to purchase an accessory pack because little girls are going to want go through the process many, many times! The only downside is that this could get a little pricey.
I personally wanted to play with the doll first, but hey, as a mom I guess you play second fiddle to a girls world, so I waited my turn, but not so patiently! Who to buy this for…
Little girls or boys ages 3+! Ages 4-7 would probably get the most enjoyment out of this, as it will take a few practices with the diaper changes to really get the hang of it! It’s a great way to teach homecare skills for the future.
