El Pollo Loco has recently introduced a new item to their flavorful menu: Fish Taco’s! The new fish taco’s are unlike any other and El Pollo Loco has added a tasty new twist with sauces featuring their very own salsa recipes!
Through mid April 2011, you have the opportunity to take two new fish tacos for a spin: Classic Baja and the Spicy Avocado fish taco! Both tacos have crispy beer battered alaskan white fished that’s tucked nicely inside of a warm corn tortilla, and topped with shredded cabbage and fresh cilantro. The classic Baja fish taco is drizzled with yogurt sauce mixed with El Pollo Loco’s signature house salsa recipe, and the Spicy Avocado fish taco is topped with yogurt sauce, combined with El Pollo Loco’s oh-so-popular avocado salsa recipe. Oh-my-yum!
I encourage you to head to your local El Pollo Loco and try one of these taco’s out yourself. I can tell you first hand, that they are AMAZING! I’m just bummed that it’s a “limited time” offering!
