On September 27, 2011, Walt Disney Home Entertainment released Disney Juniors #1 series Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Yo Ho, Mateys Away! on DVD, as well as a new music soundtrack filled with 18 Hook-inspired songs from the series!

My girls absolutely adore this series, and it’s no surprise that this is cables #1 series, and is on track to be Disney Channel’s #1 preschool series ever! The stories are appropriate for young children and engaging, while the episodes are filled with positive social messages about solving problems, making friends, and getting along with others. What more can a parent ask for form a preschool series?
The DVD is packed with bonus features including two bonus features: Yo Ho, You Want To Be A Pirate?, and Pirate Party with Pirate-oke. Retailing at just $19.99 in the U.S. and $24.99 in Canada, the DVD also comes packaged with a bonus 7-track CD sampler and a pirate eye patch that my girls loved!
