As Christmas approaches, the pressure is on to find the right toys for our kids! I always find myself at a loss as to what to buy for my girls. From birthdays to Christmas, I find myself searching the Internet for product reviews in hopes that we’ll hit a home with our gifts! Truth be known, I’d say 40% of our gifts are a flop, but this year we have a little help thanks to the Independent Toy Industry Association! By visiting toyawards.org, you can find this season’s most creative and innovative toys and games! Showcasing 81 top toys, toyawards.org helps make shopping easy. You can even download a shopping list to make your holiday shopping a little easier…I’m all over this! While your there, you can choose YOUR favorite toy in each category and you’ll have an opportunity to enter to win ALL the toys in the category of your choice! It’s an online resource for facts and information about toys and play. Featuring videos, downloadable play guides and even discussion boards. You’ll find everything from toy and play tips to safety information and toy recalls. While your there, sign up for automatic recall alerts, so your always in the loop!
