Yesterday, Walt Disney Stuidios Home Entertainment released Army Wives: The Complete Third Season on DVD! The new release includes 18 riveting episodes, taking fans inside the lives of five military families who’s drama-filled lives make it difficult for viewers to stop watching!
Army Wives stars Kim Delaney (NYPD Blue), Catherin Bell (Jag), Sally Pressman (My Best Friends Girl), Brigid Brannagh (Over There) and Sterling K. Brown (Righteous Kill). The highly praised drama delves into the lives of four very different women and the struggles they face with their relationships and with life in general. With the ever-changing environment of the U.S. Army, their lives become entwined in all things drama that you just can’t stop watching!

Our thoughts….
Our family is new to this series, however we watched the first episode last night and we were enthralled to say the least! I’ve always been fascinated with the military life and I was eating up every moment of it! I have a feeling we’ll have the complete season finished by the end of the weekend! I have a newfound respect for what Army Wives go through and the many sacrafices that they make like being apart from their spouse for so long!
I was impressed with the many bonus features including “Stationed in the South”. If you want to get to know the characters outside of their Army Wives roles, this is it! This bonus feature allows you to hang out with the characters on the show and follow them around the city as they introduce the many beautiful sights in Charleston and you really get a personal look into who they are outside of the show. The bloopers are hilarious and you can tell that they really have alot of fun on the set…kinda makes me want to be there! Brigid can we be best friends?
