Our Lil’ Pea has been growing, growing, growing and her feet have kept up with the progress! We have had to say goodbye to a few of our favorite shoes companies because they no longer make shoes big enough for her growing, toddler feet. She’s still small and fragile and still needs the soft flexibility of an infant/toddler shoe. You can imagine my disappointment when I tried to find her cute shoes in a large enough size offering all of the features we were used to, and I was met by a dead end. That is until I stumbled upon ShooShoos!

Boys have plenty of new designs to choose from like the Brown Smiley Sandal in dark chocolate or the Camel Smiley Sandal in cool beige, perfect for spring.
Our Experience
We were thrilled to receive ShooShoos Pink Smiley/Butterly Shoes for our review! Lil’ Pea is not shy about the fact that she loves shoes and went right to work, putting them on her feet, the moment they arrived. The soft, flexible leather allowed her to quickly get them on her feet and the velcro closure means she doesn’t need moms help. A big confident booster for her! She is a solid size 8 and I would say their sizing is dead on. Her shoes fit nice and comfortably, however there is not a whole lot of room for growth. If your looking for some room to grow, I would suggest going up a size. But for now, they fit perfectly and she’ll get some great wear out of these given that her foot doesn’t grow for at least another month…fingers crossed!
The flexible rubber soles allow Lil’ Pea to run and jump with ease and I know I’m not going to get any complaints about her feet having owies. The flexible rubber soles also mean that she’s not going to trip over her own feet, which we’ve seen happen with shoes that are stiff. Any mom would be glad to have less head bonks, right? To top it off, the Pink Smiley/Butterly sandals are simply “Deal”ectble in more ways than one! The pink color matches just about everything, the butterflies add just enough flair and the shape of the shoes makes her foot look just the size that they are…not too big and not too small! We love, love, love our ShooShoos!
