Playmobil Introduces New Products to it’s 1.2.3 Line

Playmobil has recently introduced a new and unique line of toys that offers younger children the ability to explore the exciting world of Playmobil. Playmobil’s new 1.2.3 line offers brighter colors, larger rounded pieces for toddlers hands and allows children 18 months + the opportunity to use their imaginations and engage in open-ended play!

We were given the opportunity to check out the new 1.2.3 Large Farm featuring a real working cable winch for transporting ground supplies to the upper loft, windows and a gate that can be opened and a bundle of accessories including a pig, cow, lamb and dog, as well as three Playmobil figures just to name a few!  An added feature of Playmobil figures is that they bend, move and twist, engaging children and allowing for more ways to play.  We have been long time fans of Playmobil products, however I have to say that the new 1.2.3 line really engaged both of my girls (age 2 1/2 and 5 1/2), a surprise to me, as it’s rare that they continually engage any toy or activity for any length of time!

Putting Imaginations to Work
The cornerstone of Playmobil is that their products engage imaginations and get those little “thinkers” going!  The girls created some hilarious scenarios using their imaginations, such as the “dog who could talk” and the “farmer who could fly” (they have me to thank for that one)!  An added feature of the Playmobil 1.23 Large Farm is that many of the accessories including the animal gates, beds, table, and chairs “click” into place on the grids at the bottom and top of the farm.  This keeps their playtime set ups in the locations that they desire and allows multiple possibilities of play.

The wench was perhaps one of their favorite features as a small hook can be attached to a carrying platform and will a simple pull of the string, the farmer at the top had just what he needed!  A fun staircase allowed the girls to walk their figures to the second story of the farm as mom followed with behind with the kitty.  Once at the top, we found the dog sleeping inside his dog house and a little girl who invited us to dinner!  When playtime’s over, the 1.2.3 farm magically (well maybe I just think it’s magic) transforms into a storage bin where all of the accessories can be stored and put away.  There’s really endless possibilities with the Playmobil 1.2.3 Farm, engaging little minds, while using large motor skills at the same time.

More from the 1.2.3 Line
Playmobil’s 1.2.3 line includes multiple NEW items including the Large Zoo, Racing Car w/Transporter, child with dolphin, girls with pets, and child with crocodile raft!  Visit Playmobil to see all items available from the 1.2.3 line!

Would “Deal”ectible Mom Buy It?
In a heartbeat!  With it’s bright colors, wide range of “easy to manipulate” accessories and proven ability to engage little imaginations, the 1.2.3 Farm is a “must buy”!

I absolutely love PlayMobil products. They are wonderful. At Christmas I can’t tell you how excited I was to see their 123 product line b/c my toddler absolutely adored his big brother’s PlayMobil toys. They are certainly the most played with pieces.
