Do you have mens or women’s suits, shirts, jackets, ties, belts, or shoes that you just don’t wear anymore? Perhaps a few that no longer fit? If so, you can take part in the National Suit Drive, a month long initiative sponsored by Men’s Wearhouse, whose goal is to outfit those who are struggling to find work at a local level!
“Give unemployed workers in your area a second chance simply by cleaning out your closet,” said Steven Cook, Vice President of Community Relations, Men’s Wearhouse. “Clothing collected through the National Suit Drive benefits the community from which it was received, so we all have the power to help local residents.”
So many are struggling right this very second and many are just struggling to get dinner on the table, let alone have enough left over to buy a new suit! You can change that for your local community, as all attire that is collected will stay in the community from which it was received.
To thank donors for their generosity, Men’s Wearhouse is offering 25% off discounts in addition to tax receipts for your donations!
The National Suit Drive ends on September 30th, so act now! For participating locations near you click here.

I hadn’t heard of this before – it’s a great idea.
I’m going to see if my husband will part with one of his.
Thanks for letting us know about this program.
