I’m four weeks into the Total Mom Challenge and this week I failed miserably! We were out of town Friday, Saturday and Sunday enjoying Southern California theme parks and as you can imagine, there’s not a whole lot of healthy options around! So I think I accidentally ate a chocolate muffin, a large champagne brunch with sausage and waffles, Taco Bell and ummmm…well that’s all I’m fessing up to! Needless to say, today is the first day that I’ve worked out since last Friday, before I left. *SLAP*
There is still good news on the horizon, however! I pulled out two pairs of Lucky jeans that have been hanging in my closet, untouched, for a good six months and they both fit!!!!! My body is becoming tighter and things are starting to fall in the places that they were always meant to fall in to and truth be told, I’m only exercising for about 20 minutes each session. That’s not a whole heck of a lot of effort for the results that I’m seeing.
This week I plan to get back to my normal work out routine and continue my good eating habits now that we’re back home. Vacation always gets you, doesn’t it?
