The large majority of kids are now back in school and adjusting to new teachers, new classrooms, and a new year of expanding those little minds. Back to School shopping is something I truly enjoy doing together with both of my girls, and the older they get, the more I see their personalities come out in their clothing and accessory choices. As a mom, you have to pick your battles, and with how expressive both of my girls are, I solemnly vowed that unless they were heading off to second grade with a purple mohawk and a trash bag skirt, their clothing and accessory choices would not become a battle in our home.
I will tell you, however, that I find this very difficult when it comes to shoes. Both girls enjoy running, jumping, and playing hard on the playground, and although fancy shoes and sandals that match every outfit are what I would choose, this doesn’t exactly “work out” on the playground – and OMG what exactly is going on with sneakers these days? I haven’t found a cute pair of sneakers in years – quite literally!

Crocs has introduced a whole new line of school-approved shoes that have Croc-like technology on the inside, however they are closed toed and closed heeled on the outside, making them a perfect fit for school! The new line currently offers 13 new style for both boys and girls from K-8, and just wait until you see how stinkin’ cute this new line is….
