The Lone Ranger Movie is now available on Blu-ray and DVD. We have all heard that the movie did not do as well at the box office as had been hoped – but don’t let this put you off from watching what is still an entertaining movie.
For all the critics that gave less than stellar reviews there were many movie goers who loved it. Part of the reason why the movie was so vulnerable to criticism was that it’s rumored cost was $225 million. Movies that have these mega budgets are so much easier of a target for the critics (John Carter anyone)? The criticism of the movie started even before a single frame was viewed – so really we should make up our own minds.
If you love the great western movie genre then you are going to enjoy The Lone Ranger. If you love Johnnie Depp then you are also going to enjoy The Lone Ranger! If you enjoy fun, original movies with some great funny lines, and two excellent lead characters then ignore the nay sayers and watch this movie.
