Many of you who are regular readers, known my disdain for cooking! I don’t like it now, I have not liked it in the past and I have a feeling that’s not going to change much in the future. However, we host many family get togethers at our home, which has me approaching the dreaded task of cooking not only appetizers, but multiple items for meals. I often find that I’m so busy in the kitchen that I don’t get to enjoy the festivities and more importantly my guests!
