The Design Process:
Choosing the bag – The design process is really quite simple. I think the most difficult part is picking the bag! Snaptotes offers an array of options including leather and microfiber bags, laptop totes, clutches, photo pillows and even a men’s collection (think father’s day)!
Choosing a photo – Choose one or multiple photos and create a custom bag right on Snaptotes site using their easy online tools. The online tools allow you to edit your photo right on the website and choose from multiple color options such as magenta, purple, B&W & more! There’s even a tool that allows you to create a custom photo collage!
Design Service – Not much of a designer? No problem! Snaptotes offers a custom bag design service where you simply upload the photos and Snaptotes will create a custom bag, then send you a proof to check out! Once approved, Snaptotes will get to work creating your custom piece of art.
Our Experience
Our timing for this review worked out really well with our recent professional outdoor photo shoot! I had an array of images to choose from and I knew I wanted a single picture of the girls on either side of the bag. After looking through their large array of bags over and over again, I finally decided on the “Bucket Bag” in black leather with a colorful striped liner!
I then uploaded a photo of Big Pea and Lil’ Pea and used the design tools to place them on either side of the bag. I then completed my bag design and sent it over to Snaptotes for creation. At this point you have the option to choose to pay online or call Snaptotes directly and pay by phone!
During the design process I was getting pretty excited, but nothing could have prepared me for what came in the mail just a few days later! When the box arrived I was surprised to see that it came inside this awesome dust bag for proper storage.
And then I opened the bag and O.M.G.! What else can you say?
And Big Pea on the other side:
I know… it’s simply fabulous! The bucket bag includes metal feet, top zipper, 1″ wide straps, interior zipper pocket, cell phone pocket, mirror pocket and attached key fob! I’ve been carrying it around for about a week now and I get stopped everywhere I go! The colorful striped liner really adds to the whimsy of the bag doesn’t it?

I saw a snaptotes bag not to long ago at a birthday party. A grandma was showing her beautiful grandchildren on it. It was sooo cute. I think my mom would love one !!!

Oh it’s beautiful!!! I love it, and the pictures are just stunning! I know you’re going to be showing that bag off and getting compliments all the time. If they are wise they should send you thier business cards to keep in the bag and hand out along the way!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Not just on one call, but twice. Even tried emailing them. Never did get a straight answer. Went ahead and ordered, but now I wish I hadn’t. I won’t ever order from this company again. My experience left me feeling that it was all about them making a buck. They could have cared less about my order as long as they had my money.
