Alegria Shoes Review & Giveaway

Aren’t these shoes just funky and fun? The first time I looked at them, I really wasn’t quite sure exactly what to think of them. I had to stare and ponder them for awhile, primarily because there were so many choices and they were so outside of the box, that I couldn’t quite wrap my brain around them……that is until I put them on! The shoes pictured above are by Alegria Shoes by PG Lite. PG Lite is known for their comfortable shoes and have been relieving people’s feet for some time now.

it is also a new line of fun footwear created by California based company PG Lite. Alegria is developed with technical features that promote health and wellness. Its simple slip on ergonomic construction suits the relaxed California lifestyle. A heavenly padded footbed really feels like you are walking on clouds. Made with leather in a variety of bright, up-beat collectible designs, Alegria adds color therapy to your day and its rocker bottom adds spring to your step. Being comfortable in your own shoes never felt like this before.

We were given the opportunity to review a pair of Alegria Shoes and I was rather intrigued to try them out, as they offer arch support, which is hard to find in a shoe these days. I had a really hard time narrowing my choice down to just one pair, as there are so many designs and colors to choose from that it’s nearly impossible to pick a favorite…after all, they were all my favorite! I finally landed on the Mary Jane Style, Paloma Peace & Love in black and I awaited their arrival.

Once the shoes arrived, the first feature I noticed was the rocker sole. Now this is a bit different from most shoes and I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to think about it, so I slipped them on and O.M.G.! First, let me just say that these were by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever slipped on my feet! Not only does the memory foam sole feel as if your “walking on clouds”, the shoes also offer full arch support, allowing my feet to finally take a little break! The design of the shoe allows for proper posture and the funky designs had quite a few people stopping me, asking me where I found them! Whether your into frilly and pink or edgy black, Alegria has a pair of shoes to fit every personality type and I will certainly be ordering more!

Alegria offers multiple styles to choose from including clogs, sandals, shoes, boots and more. As an aspiring RN, I’ll soon be spending a lot of time on my feet and I’m thinking that Alegria shoes would be perfect in the hospital setting…or any setting, for that matter.

Simply put, Alegria shoes are funky, fun and more importantly, comfortable!
