I have to admit that my current oral hygiene isn’t exactly up to par. I brush my teeth twice per day and I floss as often as I can remember to (not often enough), however, I do not currently use a mouthwash every single day. Truth be told, I hate the burn. Many mouthwashes taste like alcohol and by the time I’m done rinsing, I feel like I just put a substance in my mouth that could wipe out an entire alien race! Blech!

I too hate mouthwash for that reason. I always put water in the lid first and a tiny bit of mouthwash, can’t stand that burn. This stuff is amazing, loving it so far:)
