My six year old and I decided to take the Rio coloring with Blu app for a little test drive and I must say, we had alot of fun coloring together! The Free app includes two characters and one background to choose from, however you can unlock the rest of characters and backgrounds when you purchase the movie on DVD or Blu-ray! We had 18 colors to choose from while coloring our picture and I must say, I think our picture turned out quite nice (see below)!
We did make a little mistake, but we were able to use the “shake and erase” feature and erase it with a simple shake of the phone. When we were finished we sent our beautiful work of art to grandma, although we could have just as easily shared it on Facebook or printed it. This is a great app to have for the kids when you’re out and about and If your kids are anything like mine, they’ll be coloring these pictures again and again!
