I just used both the $15 credit and the coupon code for $15 off of $30 together. It works!
It worked for me! I got a $39 item for $15.95 (shipped)! It was regularly $65!
Looks like you can use both the joining credit and the promo code to get a total of $30 off as long as you spend around $30. I tried an item for $32 and it worked, and tried a $29 item and it didn’t.
I just tried and it said the offer is not valid.
