Mom Central and Clorox recently gave me the chance to try Clorox2 Stain Fighter & Color Booster. At first glance i assumed it was laundry detergent. I was mistaken.
Clorox2 is just as it’s label says “Stain Fighter & Color Booster”! It is intended to be an additive to your laundry detergent. A “pre-treater” if you will. Just add a little with your normal load of clothes and the stain fighter goes into action.
Siena is the queen of stains on her clothes and i was very curious to see if they would take them out. Over the course of our day, Siena smeared food all over her pretty little shirt at lunch and dinner. At the end of the day i loaded the washing machine and added a little Clorox2 along with my laundry detergent and then i waited!
I removed the clothes from the washing machine, searching for her pretty little shirt and held it up in front of me…. OMG! No stains! Really! I have always been a pre-treater, although it doesn’t always remove everything. I was truly excited to see that her pretty little shirt had remained, well, pretty! Not only was i pleasantly surprised, but my husband even removed himself from the couch to come and take a look 🙂
I did’nt notice a significant color “boost”, however, maybe in time it will “boost” my colors. The good news is that i didn’t notice any fading and that’s a bonus in my book.
