Recently we were given a chance to try out Boost Kid Essentials by Nestle. Kid Essentials is a healthy new drink just for kids. This Nutritionally Complete Drink provides complete, balanced nutrition for your child’s healthy growth and immune system.
Our oldest daughter, Milla was eager to try it out as she thought it would be similiar to chocolate milk. Milla loved it to say the least and felt it was better than chocolate milk. We tried the vanilla flavor, although you can also get it in chocolate or strawberry. She insisted that i pick some up at the grocery store on my next trip.
The simple fact that the flavor was good enough for her to keep drinking it was a bonus in my book. It seems that anything healthy i give her, she refuses to drink or eat. Boost Kid Essentials has the consitency of milk (perhaps a bit runnier) and taste delicious. After tasting it, I insisted that we pick some up at the grocery store 😉
Let’s face it, sometimes our kids don’t get everything they need nutritionally. Many days we are so busy, that our children’s diets suffer because of it. Schedules do not always permit us to cook a well rounded meal every night of the week. It’s comforting to know i can give her something that she’ll like and it will give her immune system a bit of a boost, if she happened to miss her veggies the night before.
Here is what i love about Boost Kid Essentials:
It has 25 essential Vitamins & Minerals, NO high fructose corn syrup, 7 grams of protein, it’s lactose and gluten free and it contains immune supportive probiotics. What more could you expect or want from a kid’s drink!
They are purchased in a six pack and come in a “juice like” box with a straw. Perfect if your on the go and great to toss in a lunch box. Definately something you’ll want to check out the next time you visit your grocer.
