This week was tough for me! This week I worked out 4 days and I did a collective 2 hours and the treadmill. 3 days ago I pushed it a little too hard and after putting in an hour on the treadmill, I followed it up with nearly an hour on the Total Gym. The next day..I was H.U.R.T.I.N.G! Then I got sick and so far the past few days I have done nada. I also slipped this week and had two pieces of pizza and a chicken sandwich from Carl’s Jr. Shame on me!
Temptation is not always easy!
This week I changed up my workout routine just a bit and went from the quick start guide to using the training deck and with a new workout comes new muscles and although I thought I was engaging all of my muscles during the quick start guide, I quickly found out that I was wrong. I was working a whole new group of muscles and I found many new muscles that I was unaware of! The Training deck allows you to custom create a workout or use a few of the recommended workouts depending on what look your going for. For instance there’s a “long and lean” workout, upper body strength workout, etc. All of the cards in the training deck are color coated so if you want to work your legs, you simply grab an orange card and so on.
This week I’m up just under a pound, however my jeans are fitting much better and you know those size 8 Paige denim jeans I bought? I can get them on and button them! They don’t quite look as they should on me…. yet, but the point is I can get them on! *insert happy dance here*. Next week I’ll be working out on the Total Gym using the workout DVD’s!
