Lifestyle expert Susie Coelho recently used some of her favorite Weight Watchers foods to prepare easy, delicious dishes for entertaining and produced a video with tips on sensible foods that don’t derail guests’ diet.
My husbands family is very health conscious and I host many of our family functions, so I’m always on the hunt for great tasting, “watch your weight” recipes. Weight Watchers makes it simple, providing tools to keep you in touch with sensible food alternatives and on track to a healthier lifestyle, including a snack widget and Facebook group, where you’ll find tips, recipes and other insights from Weight Watchers. The best part is that you don’t have to be a member to use these tools!
I have a thing for Weight Watchers snacks. I love the lemon cakes and chocolate brownies. I keep them in the house just for me and they are my salvation when I have a night time sweet tooth (such an issue with me). Does anyone else have this issue? Well, if so, Susie has a wonderful vidcast called “Reprioritizing Your Daily Routine,” that shows how to take control of the things in your life you can manage, even when it seems there’s so much pressure from the world around us.
Because I love Weight Watchers snacks so much, I just had to share some with you! One lucky “Deal”ectible Mommies reader will win a box of Weight Watchers baked goods (redeemable by coupon and valid for snack cakes, cookies, muffins and brownies). You’ll have until Friday to get your entry in!
