Out & About with Baby Contest: Your Chance to Win 1 of 50 Lillebaby Carriers!

No that was NOT a misprint! Scandinavian Child is encouraging parents to get out and about with baby with the líllébaby I Am EveryWear Challenge.  The 30-day challenge, beginning May 1st, will encourage parents everywhere to share pictures, stories and advice for getting out on IamEveryWear.com. Scandinavian Child is encouraging current EveryWear owners to participate in inviting moms and dad using other carriers to get out and about with baby too!

To encourage parents to get out and about with baby, Scandinavian Child has set aside 50 lillebaby EveryWear carriers designated for parents and caregivers who want to give the EveryWear carrier a try!  That means YOU have the chance to get one of these amazing carriers FREE!

Here’s what you need to do:

Starting April 7th, parents and caregivers who want to test the EW carrier can simply email [email protected] and tell them why you would like to try the carrier and why you should be selected to receive a free carrier!  Requests will only be accepted through April 16th, so hop to it and send those emails!  Carriers will be mailed out around April 20th!  Within the next few weeks you and baby may be sporting a new, high end carrier and with 50 being given away, your odds are pretty high!

More about the I Am EveryWear Challenge

Throughout the 30-Day Challenge, prizes will be given away for activities like:

1. Parent(s) and baby in the location the farthest distance from SCI Child’s HQ in Raleigh, NC

2. Funny photos or videos taken along the journey

3. Unique suggestions for getting out with ease

4. Photos at Farmers Markets

5. The first person to register in a “goal state.” (i.e. the first person to register as an EveryWear owner after SCI Child posts an open state on Facebook and Twitter.)

To be eligible for the Grand Prize*, participants in the “I am EveryWear” contest must do the following:

1. Complete the entry form on IAmEveryWear.com (to go live April 28)
2. Submit two emails or blog posts showing photographs or videos of them out and about with their babies by May 30th to [email protected];

Engage in at least one of the following activities:

1. Post to SCI Facebook with stories & pictures of getting out and about with baby

2. Tweet (via Twitter) adventures using the hashtag #iameverywear

3. Email their mom’s group or tribe of friends “pitching” the advantages for getting out and about with your baby (and share said email with SCI).

*Grand Prize: The Ultimate “On the Go” prize package will include the brand new Micralite Fastfold Superlite stroller (I’m drooling here) and two new líllébaby Diaper Bags – Stockholm and Oslo styles (along with an additional EW Carrier). The grand prize will be announced by June 15, 2010 and awarded by June 30, 2010.
